PadelMake provides a free tournament generator tool for padel. You may use the Service for personal and non-commercial tournament organization. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
Your Content
Tournament data you create (player names, scores, brackets) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own data. We do not access, collect, or control your tournament content.
Intellectual Property
The PadelMake name, logo, and all website content are the property of PadelMake. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or content without written permission.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PadelMake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
