This page covers everything related to your PadelMake subscription β€” managing your plan, updating payment details, viewing billing history, and getting help with payment-related questions.

Manage Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription, change plans, or update payment details directly through the platform you used to subscribe (Apple App Store, Google Play, or web). Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

Payment methods are securely handled by your subscription provider. We do not store credit card or bank details on our servers.

Billing History

Receipts and invoices are available through the same platform where you subscribed. For Apple subscribers, see Settings β†’ Apple ID β†’ Subscriptions on your iOS device.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period β€” you'll keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the platform that processed your payment. For App Store purchases, refunds can be requested via reportaproblem.apple.com. For other purchases, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
